Installing Computer Hardware

The aim of this unit is to introduce students to the installation of hardware.

Students will

• gain knowledge in knowing the implications of upgrading/installing hardware.
• understand the risks involved when installing hardware or an upgrade.
• Be able to install and test hardware.
• Be able to document an installation and show understanding.
